Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority on operational technology during pre-sales interactions, helping account executives and clients select appropriate services.
- Participate in client discussions to convert business goals into well-defined project scopes matching available OT offerings.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams to strengthen their ability to present OT services effectively.
- Collect real-world feedback from the field to enhance consistency in scoping, sales documentation, and service messaging.
- Collaborate with estimating and proposal teams to develop precise statements of work using client data and sales insights.
- Identify and communicate special requirements, potential risks, or limitations that could impact project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date scoping templates and contribute to the evolution of service offerings in response to changing threats, regulations, and market demands.
- Coordinate with delivery leads to incorporate lessons learned into future proposal development.
- Join project kickoffs when necessary to confirm objectives and ensure a seamless transition to implementation teams.
- Work with the Resource Management Office to define prerequisites for engagements involving complex or non-standard OT environments.
- Uncover expansion opportunities by evaluating regional sales trends and customer feedback.
- Assist in developing reusable content such as presentations, playbooks, and contract templates to improve pre-sales scalability.
- Engage in thought leadership activities including webinars, whitepapers, and client briefings to strengthen market presence in OT security.
