Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Odoo Accounting module to align with the company's organizational setup.
- Enter, classify, and process financial transactions in Odoo using internal documentation and Excel-based tracking tools.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records by monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Create and issue client invoices via Odoo, track payment statuses, and manage collections for overdue accounts.
- Process approved supplier and vendor invoices for payment.
- Ensure correct and timely calculation and submission of VAT in compliance with regulations.
- Produce financial summaries on income, profitability, spending, and margins using Odoo reporting tools.
- Deliver periodic budget versus actual performance analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and annual financial statements.
- Calculate employee payroll each month, including bonuses, allowances, and statutory social contributions.
- Administer and monitor commission plans for sales personnel.
- Develop and oversee budgets for departments, capital investments, and operating expenses.
- Advise management on financial performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support leadership decisions on pricing, cost efficiency, and cash flow management.
