Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and enhance backend-focused components of a custom-built payments infrastructure
- Create and manage intricate integrations with financial institutions, payment service providers, and external platforms
- Engage in every phase of feature development, from initial planning through deployment
- Support ongoing enhancements to a fintech payment system to keep pace with evolving market demands
- Participate in Scrum-based agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and biweekly release cycles
- Propose and implement improvements in technical methods, system performance, and software development practices
- Coordinate with design, product, and business units to ensure features meet both user requirements and business goals
