Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Manila office network: Wi-Fi, switches, routers, ISP management, and ExpressRoute hardware. ~200 staff depend on this daily.
- Own the enforcement and operation of network security controls — firewall rules, VPN, WAF, IP management, DNS, SSL certificates in partnership with the Cybersecurity Head in Vancouver.
- Provide endpoint support for all employee devices and accounts across Philippines, Canada, South Korea, and China.
- Ensure device readiness before Day 1 for every new hire and resolve issues same business day.
- Maintain IT asset inventory current within 24 hours of any change.
- Create accounts before Day 1 when People Ops confirms a new hire.
- Lock accounts on the last day when a departure is triggered.
- Implement and maintain the network-layer technical controls that feed into the compliance program for HIPAA / SOC2.
- Design and document the architecture for eventual test environment migration from cloud to physical machines in joint design with DevOps.
- Submit cloud-to-physical migration blueprint for Des approval before any migration begins.
- Update migration architecture quarterly.
Requirements
- Must personally own enterprise network infrastructure end-to-end.
- Must ensure network uptime and reliability for a global platform used by 300+ people across four countries.
- Must implement and maintain network security controls in alignment with standards set by the Cybersecurity Head.
- Must ensure no delays in account provisioning or deprovisioning — live accounts after departure are a security risk.
- Must design and document secure, scalable network and endpoint support models across multiple countries.
- Must carry direct technical accountability to the CTO for architectural decisions.

- Experience in HIPAA / SOC2 compliance environments.
- Proven track record of building endpoint support models at scale.

- HMO coverage
- 13th month pay
- All government-mandated benefits
