Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define strategic initiatives and assess projects that align with business and operational goals.
- Fulfill project deliverables by coordinating with assigned client teams, as directed by team leadership.
- Engage in daily task planning, progress tracking, scheduling, and execution for project activities.
- Create and deploy network architectures that support business processes and meet client requirements.
- Evaluate existing network environments to uncover opportunities for improved efficiency, security, and reliability using performance data and trend analysis.
- Architect and deploy cloud-based networking solutions across major platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Deploy on-site network infrastructure such as firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems.
- Assess new technologies and establish standardized procedures for their integration into network environments.
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure network solutions comply with standards like NIST CSF, NIST 800/53, ISO 2700x, SOC, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Document network standards, configurations, operational procedures, and physical cabling layouts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and closet layouts.
- Ensure all network designs and implementations are thoroughly documented and maintainable by operations teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on complex network topics.
