Capgemini is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to support Public and Private sector clients from within our Network Operations Centre (NOC). You will maintain a stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure through a mix of operational support and project-based work.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and configure enterprise network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network incidents.
- Implement network changes.
- Undertake project tasks, supporting internal and external project managers.
- Strengthen your capabilities through professional training and certifications.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record supporting enterprise networks, backed by valid networking certifications.
- In-depth experience supporting Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
- Hands-on experience supporting firewalls including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access.
- Experience supporting enterprise Wi-Fi technologies such as Cisco WLC.
- Skill in troubleshooting routing protocols like BGP, OSPF & EIGRP.
- A deep understanding of networking protocols like IPSEC and HSRP.
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring 5 years of continuous UK residency.
