Responsibilities
- Direct the design, deployment, and maintenance of resilient enterprise network architectures across multiple regions, leveraging top-tier hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) and modern SD-WAN, WLAN, and VPN technologies.
- Lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including office builds, expansions, and seamless integrations with AWS, GCP, and Azure to ensure scalable and high-performing hybrid-cloud connectivity.
- Develop comprehensive reference architectures and design principles that align with enterprise standards, ensuring all networking solutions are secure, documented, and integrated through rigorous Change Management processes.
- Spearhead complex problem-solving and service restoration efforts to minimize downtime while managing ISP and vendor partnerships to ensure successful site launches and service delivery.
- Drive organizational efficiency by developing custom operational tools and automating manual processes, while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical optimization across the GTS teams.
Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network technology deployment and support
- Participation in developing network strategy, standards, technology roadmaps, and network deployments
- Strong exposure to public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) operational knowledge
- Tooling development skills
- Experience with enterprise network architectures using Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet
- Experience with SD-WAN, WLAN, and VPN technologies
- Experience in leading infrastructure projects involving office builds and expansions
- Ability to lead incident response and operational excellence in network environments
- Experience in automation and development of custom operational tools
