Job Title: Senior Developer
Duration: 1 year contract with extension/conversion possible, barring budget and performance
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
The successful candidate will be part of a team to design and develop browser-based middle tier and front-end applications for the Prepaid suite of products using Visual Studio.NET 2010/2012 (ASP.NET - C#). Perform unit testing and integration testing of said applications. Interface directly with staff members of Development, Product Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance.
The main function of an analyst/developer is to develop and design web applications and web sites. A typical analyst/developer is responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance. An entry level analyst/developer typically has a Bachelors degree or equivalent training with previous experience. As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4. The technical skills, including the knowledge of computer hardware and software, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 5.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and develop web applications using C#, .NET 3.5 - 4.5, TFS, & ASP.NET.
• Design, develop, document and implement new functionality, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software.
• Develop unit-tests and oversee execution.
• Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and virtual teams on software development or support issues.
• Work as part of a development team and establish close working relationships with stake holders, quality assurance, architects, as well as management.
• Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.
• Prepare design documents; evaluate and recommend solutions to meet user requirements; define and implement solutions.
• Champion for improvements in process/procedures.

Job Description: * Responsible for working with customers and designers to build custom websites. This includes HTML and CSS coding, assisting in the QA, testing and the actual publishing of the websites
* Assist in providing back-up design support when needed
* To be part of a team that applies knowledge of web development to build and deliver custom websites and on-line advertisements (e.g., banner ads) for customers. This includes supporting website development services as well as rich media ad design / development.
Qualifications: • Associates degree or related experience in a technical field required• Professional experience in web development, including website development, building site pages and developing code• Working knowledge of developing and integrating themes into WordPress• HTML page creation from raw format design files – such as Photoshop PSD files• Fluent in CSS tableless layouts and experience with CSS frameworks such as Foundation or Bootstrap• Ability to write, debug and test scripting languages like Javascript and experience with frameworks such as jQuery and jQueryUI• API Integration into existing CMS systems (preferably WordPress)• Managing and organizing source code revisions and files with versioning tools such as Git or SVN• Build site pages, unit test, and support the implementation of customer web sites• Analyze and document user requirements.• Maintain and update new and existing customer websites• Acquire and maintain knowledge of current standards, policies and procedures• Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional units to ensure quality• Maintain and develop technical skills to keep current in systems programming and analysis techniques
