Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical contributor in the execution of client projects with hands-on involvement
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
- Perform network setup, deployment, and transition tasks
- Execute migrations between on-premises servers or to cloud environments
- Support office deployments, relocations, and infrastructure setup
- Implement mobile device and application management with conditional access policies
- Work closely with project managers and client account teams to ensure alignment and timely reporting
- Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex project challenges
- Travel to client locations throughout Knoxville for technical installations and evaluations
