- Lead the technical strategy for the mobile application, focusing on scalable architecture and long-term maintainability
- Develop essential features using React Native and native iOS or Android platforms as needed
- Set and enforce high standards for code quality through rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship
- Enhance app performance in low-connectivity environments to ensure reliability
- Implement robust automated testing frameworks to safeguard product integrity
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design durable and consistent APIs and interfaces
- Improve mobile observability to enable real-time insights into app performance and user engagement
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner
- Mentor junior developers to strengthen team capabilities
- Advocate for and enforce industry best practices in mobile development across the engineering team
