Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy reliable Flutter-based applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Define and refine mobile application architecture, setting coding standards and design patterns while remaining actively involved in development
- Work closely with backend teams to design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs, contributing directly when needed
- Collaborate with product and design teams to quickly prototype concepts and evolve them into scalable, well-structured features
- Apply a product-focused engineering approach with strong attention to end-user experience and cross-platform consistency
- Integrate and manage AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, creating custom workflows and skills to boost team productivity and code quality
- Navigate multiple product domains efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities while preserving technical coherence
- Participate in code reviews and support the growth of fellow engineers through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by working directly with customers and field technicians, using monitoring tools such as Sentry and Datadog to trace and analyze root causes
