NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

About the Role

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead architecture definition and design of CMOS high-speed interface and mixed-signal circuits, contributing to a versatile mixed-signal design team that amplifies human inventiveness and intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Create projects including high-speed I/Os and high-frequency PLLs
  • Design, simulate, and verify mixed-signal circuits
  • Lead mask designers, providing mentorship for floorplan and layout design
  • Support lab characterization of silicon and pursue circuit design challenges in deep submicron CMOS
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams

What We're Looking For

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of design experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits
  • Working knowledge of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulators, and timing analysis tools
  • Validated experience in leading and mentoring designers
  • Extensive design experience in PLL and high-speed I/O interfaces
  • In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues
  • Proven experience in silicon bring-up, debugging, and use of lab instrumentation

Nice to Have

  • Exceptional teammate with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Verilog, Matlab, or Nanotime

  • Compensation: $168,000 - $264,500 USD for Level 4, and $196,000 - $310,500 USD for Level 5, plus equity
