NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead architecture definition and design of CMOS high-speed interface and mixed-signal circuits, contributing to a versatile mixed-signal design team that amplifies human inventiveness and intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Create projects including high-speed I/Os and high-frequency PLLs
- Design, simulate, and verify mixed-signal circuits
- Lead mask designers, providing mentorship for floorplan and layout design
- Support lab characterization of silicon and pursue circuit design challenges in deep submicron CMOS
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of design experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Working knowledge of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulators, and timing analysis tools
- Validated experience in leading and mentoring designers
- Extensive design experience in PLL and high-speed I/O interfaces
- In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues
- Proven experience in silicon bring-up, debugging, and use of lab instrumentation
Nice to Have
- Exceptional teammate with good interpersonal skills
- Experience with Verilog, Matlab, or Nanotime

- Compensation: $168,000 - $264,500 USD for Level 4, and $196,000 - $310,500 USD for Level 5, plus equity
