Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of mission development, including documentation, construction, debugging, and final implementation.
- Design original gameplay sequences that deeply engage players and enhance immersion.
- Collaborate across design and other departments to leverage current systems and support team objectives.
- Develop prototypes and present original design concepts to the team for feedback and integration.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of fellow designers, improving team-wide design standards.
