Spectrum Effect is hiring a Senior / Mid Wireless Communications Systems Engineer (LTE / 5G / Python / RAN Analytics / AI/ML)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement algorithms for analyzing and enhancing LTE and 5G network performance
  • Process and interpret RAN performance metrics such as PM counters and KPIs using Python libraries including Pandas and NumPy
  • Support the development of AI and machine learning-based analytics for wireless networks
  • Convert observed wireless network behaviors into functional product capabilities
  • Test and assess new features in both laboratory and live operator network settings
  • Work with software development teams to build scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Produce technical documentation, analytical reports, and research findings
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex radio frequency and data analysis challenges
