Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, maintainable frontend architectures that prioritize simplicity and scalability while minimizing technical complexity.
- Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements and influence project scope, ensuring technical feasibility from concept through delivery.
- Lead technical planning and execution for significant features, focusing on delivering customer value rather than just completing tasks.
- Guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and consistent promotion of high-quality coding standards.
- Take initiative in improving the frontend ecosystem by identifying performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and systemic issues, then leading resolution efforts.
- Promote and enforce modern best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate extensively with Data Science and Backend teams to ensure reliable data integration and strengthen full-stack understanding.
