Responsibilities
- Create and implement tailored automation and app solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and associated Microsoft tools including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop workflows and applications that streamline operations and increase organizational efficiency.
- Connect Power Platform environments with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical implementations.
- Ensure all deployed solutions follow security, scalability, and industry best practices.
- Diagnose, update, and optimize existing applications and automated processes.
- Produce user documentation, deliver training, and offer ongoing support to non-technical users.
- Guide and coach less experienced team members through technical challenges and development practices.
- Monitor advancements in Power Platform capabilities and propose ways to apply new features effectively.
Requirements
- Reliable, proactive, attentive, and quick to respond with sharp analytical abilities
- Exceptional listening, speaking, writing, and presentation communication skills are mandatory
- Skilled in problem-solving and converting business requirements into technical designs
- Outstanding communication, organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities
- Minimum of five years of direct experience building solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Proven background connecting APIs, data connectors, and external data sources
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related Microsoft tools
- High level of precision and focus on accuracy in all tasks
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of user interface and user experience design principles
- Background in manufacturing environments or systems involving order processing or financial operations
- Experience creating dynamic reports and visualizations using Power BI
- Holding Microsoft Power Platform certifications is advantageous
