Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of Facebook and Instagram advertising initiatives, from initial concept to execution and ongoing optimization
- Oversee multiple client and internal advertising accounts concurrently, ensuring consistent performance and accountability
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $10,000 to over $250,000
- Develop persuasive ad concepts, hooks, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies that drive conversions
- Craft high-impact ad copy aimed at improving key performance indicators such as click-through rate, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend
- Produce detailed creative briefs for collaboration with design, editing, and content production teams
- Direct creative strategy across multiple formats including static image ads, user-generated content-style video, video scripting, and AI-enhanced creative development workflows
- Conduct ongoing testing of audience segments, creative assets, promotional offers, landing pages, and campaign architectures
- Evaluate campaign performance daily and implement proactive adjustments to enhance outcomes
- Track and report on critical metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ad frequency, and conversion rates
- Expand successful campaigns strategically while preserving profitability and efficiency
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure advertising efforts support broader business objectives and revenue targets
- Remain informed about updates to the Meta platform, evolving creative trends, and industry best practices in digital advertising
- Exercise strong ownership and independent judgment, with accountability for campaign results beyond basic execution
