BakerHicks is hiring a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide mechanical building services design and consultancy under guidance from a supervisor or project lead
  • Develop accurate and high-quality technical outputs such as calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Conduct site assessments and assist with construction phase tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design team members across disciplines
  • Review technical work to confirm alignment with project requirements, quality benchmarks, and regulations
  • Support bidding processes, tender evaluations, scope definition, cost estimates, and change management
  • Assist in managing project timelines and budget adherence
  • Follow company quality systems and adhere to recognized engineering practices
  • Supervise and guide Engineers, Technicians, and early-career professionals as needed
