Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical building services design and consultancy under guidance from a supervisor or project lead
- Develop accurate and high-quality technical outputs such as calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct site assessments and assist with construction phase tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design team members across disciplines
- Review technical work to confirm alignment with project requirements, quality benchmarks, and regulations
- Support bidding processes, tender evaluations, scope definition, cost estimates, and change management
- Assist in managing project timelines and budget adherence
- Follow company quality systems and adhere to recognized engineering practices
- Supervise and guide Engineers, Technicians, and early-career professionals as needed
