Responsibilities
- Enhance the operational framework supporting the growth funnel by integrating product behavior, marketing platforms, revenue processes, and business analytics.
- Manage and refine the technology stack that powers the self-serve and product-led growth journey, spanning product systems, customer data platforms, lifecycle tools, CRM, and associated infrastructure.
- Develop and implement Product Qualified Lead workflows, including scoring mechanisms, trigger conditions, routing logic, service-level agreements, and coordination with revenue teams.
- Convert ideal customer profile criteria and product engagement patterns into reusable audience segmentation models deployed consistently across marketing channels.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through automated, event-based campaign systems and scalable segmentation, in collaboration with lifecycle strategy leads.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Marketing Analytics, and Revenue teams to develop lead scoring, identify conversion bottlenecks, and track experiment performance.
- Define and maintain operational standards for key growth metrics, lead routing rules, process documentation, and system modifications to ensure cross-team agility and data reliability.
