Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical lead for the marketing technology stack, including CDP, marketing automation, ad-tech integrations, tracking tags, web analytics, and AI-driven search visibility tools.
- Ensure the reliability of the tech stack and accuracy of data by monitoring and resolving issues with ad platform integrations such as Meta CAPI, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads to maintain consistent event tracking and attribution.
- Deploy marketing tags for new channels and external partners to support business-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Analytics teams to co-manage Google Tag Manager data quality, maintaining documentation of configurations, system architecture, and operational standards.
- Create, manage, and optimize audience segments used across marketing platforms for targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with Analytics to refine attribution models and validate data pipelines, ensuring accurate inputs for performance measurement.
- Oversee data governance practices across systems to maintain up-to-date and precise data records.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to sync marketing data with Salesforce and ensure key Salesforce events are fed back into marketing systems for campaign tracking and attribution.
- Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing automation and campaign workflows to accelerate time-to-market.
- Identify redundant tools, data fields, or tracking events and propose streamlining or consolidation strategies to leadership in Revenue Operations.
- Lead marketing operations projects from planning to delivery, coordinating outcomes across departments.
- Align with the Revenue Operations sprint cycle to prioritize, schedule, and execute technology stack initiatives.
- Proactively highlight risks and interdependencies, aligning Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams on project execution.
