Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level guidance in shaping business strategy, covering leadership alignment, governance structures, policy development, and organizational design.
- Advise organizations on strategic initiatives such as process evaluation, Centers of Excellence, and operational frameworks.
- Shape the future direction of AI Advisory services by contributing to vision, roadmap, and methodological alignment with leadership goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, supporting AI readiness assessments and guiding enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Position advisory services as the primary gateway for AI engagements by linking business goals, KPIs, and transformation objectives.
- Support the creation and enhancement of Business Advisory offerings across multiple disciplines within the advisory domain.
- Develop standardized AI Advisory solutions such as AI Starter, AI Value Accelerator, Copilot Readiness, and governance models.
- Design frameworks, accelerators, and operational playbooks incorporating established AI maturity models and Responsible AI principles.
- Integrate industry-recognized AI maturity benchmarks from Microsoft, NIST, Google, and Andrew Ng into advisory methodologies.
- Advance the advisory portfolio through thought leadership, real-world case studies, and market-driven insights.
- Lead client discovery efforts through workshops, interviews, and interactive sessions to uncover strategic insights.
- Facilitate high-impact discussions with C-suite leaders to define AI vision, roadmap, and business value outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user experience, data science, technical delivery, and change management.
- Ensure client solutions deliver measurable business value, operational improvements, and long-term AI adoption.
- Mentor advisory team members in AI literacy, strategic consulting, and facilitation techniques.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and continuous upskilling to strengthen AI advisory capabilities.
- Contribute actively to the internal AI Center of Excellence and cross-practice enablement initiatives.
- Drive the integration of advisory services with broader digital transformation offerings.
- Ensure advisory methods remain innovative, repeatable, and aligned with evolving market demands.
