Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan focused on acquiring, retaining, and engaging users for Web3 offerings.
- Manage community and ecosystem initiatives using growth frameworks such as user segmentation, lifecycle strategies, campaign execution, and channel optimization to boost participation.
- Quickly identify evolving Web3 themes and market developments to shape content and market entry strategies that attract user attention.
- Lead business-to-business partnership efforts, including negotiation and deal structuring with blockchain projects, protocols, and decentralized communities.
- Design and manage international digital and in-person events and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and user growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to advance shared growth objectives.
