Responsibilities
- Lead the global tax function and directly support the tax team with strategic direction and execution
- Oversee end-to-end global tax processes, including compliance submissions, quarterly tax provision reporting, transfer pricing, and international reporting obligations
- Supervise the filing, reconciliation, and payment of global sales tax returns
- Deliver internal tax guidance to business units and functional teams across the organization
- Manage interactions with tax authorities, including audits and official correspondence
- Optimize the use of external tax advisors to ensure efficient and effective support
- Collaborate with Legal and M&A teams on transaction structuring, post-acquisition integration, and corporate entity design
- Supply tax and government incentive data to FP&A for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on current and proposed tax legislation affecting business operations
