Responsibilities
- Lead and develop 2–3 engineering managers, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous growth, and deep technical engagement.
- Drive talent development and succession planning by identifying high-potential individuals and leveraging global recruitment to strengthen team capacity.
- Transform team culture from task completion to outcome ownership, encouraging purpose-driven work and reducing inter-team dependencies.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality results on critical projects.
- Establish advanced performance metrics to assess engineering effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and developer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical leaders to align mobile development with strategic business goals.
- Define and guide the evolution of native mobile platforms using Swift and Kotlin, emphasizing modular design and long-term maintainability.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity in testing, documentation, and code creation.
- Enforce strong observability, logging practices, and governance to uphold top-tier standards in application performance, security, and reliability
