What You'll Do
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for the East region
- Manage field sales operations and performance
- Develop and oversee sales education programs for the team
- Analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners

- Proven experience in a senior field sales management role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Experience creating and implementing sales education materials
