Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales development representatives across Asia, fostering a performance-driven environment with clear career progression paths.
- Drive regional pipeline objectives and key performance indicators by refining inbound and outbound strategies to surpass qualified meeting and revenue targets.
- Create and continuously improve sales development playbooks, outreach sequences, messaging strategies, and prospecting workflows suited to enterprise buyer behavior in Asian markets.
- Align closely with account executives and sales leadership to ensure consistent targeting of ideal customer profiles and high-quality pipeline generation.
- Work with marketing teams on account-based initiatives, digital campaigns, event follow-ups, localized content, and regional demand programs.
- Optimize the sales development tech stack—including outreach platforms, CRM, sales intelligence, and intent data tools—to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement structured performance reviews, including regular coaching, pipeline audits, call and email evaluations, onboarding plans, and individual development tracking.
- Use data analytics to monitor conversion rates and funnel performance, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion company culture and act as a talent advocate by strengthening employer branding to attract elite sales development professionals in the region.
- Support global sales development strategy by sharing regional insights and customizing headquarters-led frameworks for local market success.
