Responsibilities
- Lead the complete revenue cycle from contract initiation through billing, recognition, and financial close.
- Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in compliance with ASC 606 standards.
- Supervise billing operations and usage tracking across subscription, usage-based, and drawdown revenue models.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk to assess contracts and evaluate revenue impact of complex deal structures.
- Provide oversight on drawdown revenue frameworks, including depletion rules and contract evaluations.
- Maintain accuracy in revenue reporting through billing-to-revenue reconciliations, internal controls, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable to align billing, cash collection, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Act as primary liaison for external auditors, SOX compliance, and technical accounting matters.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk in revenue processes.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team responsible for revenue operations and accounting functions.
