OMD EMEA is hiring a Senior Manager, Retail Media

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign execution for Bacardi brands in major European markets.
  • Boost sales performance using closed-loop measurement and creative Retail Media approaches.
  • Collaborate with leading retailers and rapid delivery services such as Tesco, Carrefour, Sainsbury's, Kaufland, Intermarché, Deliveroo, Uber, and Glovo.
  • Execute advertising campaigns via platforms like Criteo, Citrus, DSPs, and Meta.
  • Manage activities across the UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.
  • Handle client communication, budget oversight, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting.
  • Participate in strategic planning and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support junior staff development and foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
