About the Role
This role is responsible for managing relationships with global systems integrators, driving co-selling initiatives, expanding partner ecosystems, and ensuring successful implementation of automation offerings through strategic alignment and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global systems integrator partners
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Collaborate with partners to build scalable automation practices and capabilities
- Lead co-selling efforts with partner account teams to accelerate deal closures
- Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to align partner activities
- Identify new partnership opportunities within the global systems integrator landscape
- Support partner enablement through training, certifications, and resource provisioning
- Manage partner onboarding and on-going engagement programs
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between partners and internal stakeholders
- Track and analyze pipeline development and conversion metrics
- Ensure partners adhere to program requirements and compliance standards
- Coordinate strategic reviews and business planning with top-tier partners
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization to improve support structures
- Drive adoption of best practices in automation delivery through partner channels
- Contribute to the evolution of partner programs based on market feedback
