Responsibilities
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving performance bottlenecks to optimize system efficiency
- Providing technical expertise on system architecture, including replication and global data distribution, to support low latency, high availability, and compliance with data sovereignty regulations
- Acting as a customer representative by advising on future product developments and advocating for timely resolution of high-priority issues
- Collaborating across global teams to share account insights and proactively address client needs, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Promoting ongoing technical development through training, industry engagement, and creating internal educational resources to expand team expertise
- Improving self-service support by contributing to knowledge repositories, sharing technical findings with colleagues, and engaging with the wider user community
- Developing trusted relationships with key accounts to understand their technical environments, strengthen partnerships, and support product adoption growth
