Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and service delivery.
- Manage key initiatives that improve daily operations across functional teams.
- Apply analytical and data-centric methods to diagnose and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate across departments to align stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting materials that track project milestones, risks, and interdependencies.
- Execute special assignments and urgent requests, including in-depth analyses of issues raised by leadership or internal teams.
