Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end measurement of marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and programs, tracking impact from initial engagement to closed-won revenue.
- Develop, manage, and refine attribution and funnel models used for budget allocation, while transparently sharing model assumptions and constraints with stakeholders.
- Integrate artificial intelligence into marketing analytics by applying machine learning and large language models to score leads and accounts, forecast pipeline, optimize channel mix, and detect campaign anomalies automatically.
- Enable automated insight generation using AI so common performance questions are resolved and delivered to marketing leaders without manual analyst intervention.
- Assess, test, and expand AI features within marketing and analytics platforms, providing data-driven recommendations on whether to build or buy based on measurable outcomes.
- Ensure ethical AI use in analytics by validating model accuracy, recording assumptions, tracking performance over time, and collaborating with Security and Legal on data governance.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events teams to define goals, project pipeline contributions, and monitor progress relative to targets.
- Create and manage dashboards and self-service reporting tools that empower marketing leaders to independently answer routine business questions.
- Serve as the analytics lead for the marketing data ecosystem—including CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouse tables—working closely with Marketing Ops and Data Engineering on data integrity and tracking.
- Produce high-level analytical reports for executive reviews, board presentations, and annual planning, including ROI analysis and budget modeling for new initiatives.
- Elevate analytical standards across marketing through mentorship, documentation, and establishing clear guidelines for analysis development and presentation.
