Requirements
- proven experience in marketing with meaningful experience in international or regional strategy, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands. You've built plans, not just executed them.
- You've managed agency relationships at a senior level and know how to get the best out of them. You can write a tight brief, hold partners accountable to it, and course-correct when the work isn't landing without burning the relationship.
- You've owned media plans at a senior level. You understand channel strategy, can hold agencies accountable, and know how to optimize in-market.
- Comfortable operating at the campaign level while staying close enough to the details to catch what's slipping. You bring a point of view to every room you're in.
- A natural relationship-builder with experience representing a brand to outside partners, agencies, and stakeholders. You know how to build trust quickly and maintain it.
- Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and building strong cross-functional alignment across departments and time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex regional context into clear direction for global stakeholders, and vice versa.
