At Novanta Corporation, we are looking for a Senior Manager, HCM Systems to drive strategic HCM transformation at the intersection of HR and IT. You will shape systems that directly support both our people and business goals, playing a key role in elevating user experience, enhancing compliance, and embedding emerging technologies like AI into Workday.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of a multi-year roadmap for Workday HCM, aligned with business strategy and IT architecture.
- Innovate and optimize by leading configuration, feature roll-out, and system enhancements.
- Build stakeholder partnerships across HR, IT, and business leaders to elevate system usage, data integrity, and user experience.
- Ensure compliance and security while aligning with regulatory requirements and data policies.
- Drive tech integration, identifying opportunities for automation and generative AI within HCM workflows.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to deliver timely, scalable solutions.
- Guide change management, supporting HR and IT during system upgrades and new feature implementations.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on Workday or HCM platform leadership.
- Demonstrated success in system transformation and feature deployment.
- Strong technical fluency and project leadership.
- Ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive impact across functions.
Nice to Have
- Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS platform certifications.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $151,030 to $241,670 annually.
