Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize key areas of GTM enablement based on business priorities, urgency, and resource requirements.
- Direct the GTM enablement efforts, including cross-functional planning, collaboration, and enablement forums.
- Serve as a key liaison between commercial teams and B2B product, learning, operations, and marketing functions.
- Utilize AI to create and maintain a system for housing and enabling GTM teams to access up-to-date materials.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure GTM teams receive timely and digestible critical information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to determine the knowledge and skills GTM teams need.
- Organize and prioritize a wide range of information across functions to support the success of the GTM team.
- Design and facilitate training experiences and manage tools to support training.
- Support and monitor the adoption and behavior change within the GTM teams.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — lower Manhattan

- Hybrid role based out of lower Manhattan office, with in-office days on T/W/Th.
- Open vacation policy, including a guideline of 15 days PTO annually.
- Office closed the last week of December.
