About the Role
This leadership role owns the full marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—by designing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and go-to-market strategies, build a high-performing team, shape brand narrative, and use analytics to optimize performance in a dynamic, data-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and social platforms to generate awareness, leads, and pipeline growth.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Lead development of brand strategy, messaging, positioning, and creative direction.
- Optimize lead generation using paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
- Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives focused on healthcare payers and enterprise clients.
- Partner with Sales to define ideal customer profiles, lead qualification criteria, and handoff workflows.
- Use data analytics and A/B testing to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to guide decision-making.
- Develop repeatable marketing processes, workflows, and sales enablement tools.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Produce high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts that establish authority in healthcare data and AI.
- Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to promote thought leadership via media, speaking, and social channels.
- Manage the content calendar and distribution plan.
- Work with Product Marketing to create go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
- Partner with Customer Success to design campaigns for customer retention and expansion.
- Align with Sales Leadership on pipeline targets and campaign effectiveness.
Compensation
Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes base salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.
