Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of key functional divisions and act as the main finance advisor to at least three executive leaders, guiding decisions on budgeting, investments, and long-term planning.
- Define and enhance the role of finance within the organization by introducing advanced analytical methods, streamlining processes, and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance specialists, establishing performance standards and fostering a mindset of strategic analysis and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance to coordinate budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and strategic goals.
- Support executive-level investment choices by developing detailed financial models, evaluating various business scenarios, and preparing data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver consistent financial reporting and variance assessments, converting complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for top leadership and the CFO.
