Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of emergency cash transfer programs in crisis zones
- Manage field teams and external partners during rapid-onset and protracted emergencies
- Design and refine operational workflows to ensure speed and accuracy in aid delivery
- Monitor program performance using real-time data and feedback mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with humanitarian standards and donor requirements
- Develop protocols for remote management of field operations
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and compliance units to streamline disbursement processes
- Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for emergency response initiatives
- Identify and mitigate operational risks in insecure or complex environments
- Support the integration of technology solutions for registration, verification, and payment
- Lead post-distribution monitoring and evaluation efforts
- Produce reports for internal stakeholders and external donors
- Train staff on emergency response protocols and safeguarding policies
- Liaise with government agencies and international organizations during deployments
- Adapt programs based on contextual changes and beneficiary feedback
- Ensure gender-sensitive and inclusive program design
- Maintain accountability to affected populations through feedback systems
