About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations, you will architect and lead the technical strategy for our internal corporate ecosystem. You will translate high-level IT strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps while ensuring the security and reliability of our 100% cloud-native environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure continuity and operational excellence across all physical and virtual corporate environments.
Responsibilities
- Direct the annual technical roadmap for Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams, prioritizing projects based on business impact and technical risk
- Serve as an operational auditor to identify manual tasks and guide the team toward API-driven automation for the employee lifecycle management
- Collaborate with the Security team on the internal incident response framework, leading blameless post-mortems and driving long-term corrective actions for system outages
- Act as the primary technical liaison for Workplace and HR on large-scale initiatives such as office expansions, global connectivity standards, and device trust implementations
- Review and approve architecture designs for workflows, policy changes, and network security configurations to ensure scalability
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with critical SaaS vendors and ISPs to ensure best-in-class service and redundancy
- Provide direct management and mentorship of the engineering staff, focusing on career growth and technical standards
