About the Role
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation strategies that support organizational objectives, ensure internal equity, and maintain external competitiveness in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks aligned with company goals and market data.
- Analyze salary surveys and benchmark roles to ensure competitive pay positioning.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to structure pay for new and existing roles.
- Oversee job evaluation processes and maintain job architecture.
- Develop and manage annual compensation planning cycles, including merit and bonus guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
- Create clear documentation and communication materials for compensation programs.
- Lead compensation audits to verify equity and adherence to policy.
- Support executive compensation planning in coordination with leadership.
- Advise managers on pay decisions, equity adjustments, and promotion increases.
- Monitor trends in compensation practices within the healthcare and technology sectors.
- Collaborate with HRIS to ensure accurate pay data in systems.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for compensation data and tools.
- Support equity initiatives through transparent and data-driven pay practices.
- Provide insights to leadership on cost implications of compensation strategies.
