Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial teams to interpret and report on contractual obligations, including coordination with affiliated entities.
- Act as a liaison between commercial and finance departments to ensure accurate application of pricing models across all revenue streams.
- Assist the compliance director in validating new commercial frameworks for adherence to governance standards.
- Deliver on-demand financial and commercial analysis to support compliance leadership.
- Manage client audit coordination, working with external auditors to deliver required data accurately and on schedule.
- Partner with UK, EMEA, and global commercial teams to keep compliance timelines current and communicate updates promptly.
- Evaluate existing compliance controls and propose enhancements for greater effectiveness.
- Oversee all client-facing compliance notifications and formal declarations.
- Support the analysis of transaction workflows and contract terms to ensure full capture of revenue opportunities.
- Help assess the strength of controls related to revenue-generating activities and recommend improvements.
- Conduct training sessions across agency teams on commercial compliance topics.
- Disseminate updates on financial and commercial group policies and verify their implementation across teams.
