Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for credit card line management, covering credit limit increases, credit limit decreases, and account closures
- Develop policies for credit limit increase eligibility and amount adjustments by analyzing revenue potential against credit risk
- Lead the development and execution of credit limit decrease and account closure strategies, including defining triggers and customer treatments
- Analyze credit limit increase program performance across customer segments and key metrics to detect new patterns
- Create and implement policy improvements using internal data, economic trends, and business insights
- Collaborate with data science to build and refine models for credit line assignment, risk assessment, and utilization forecasting
- Plan and execute experiments to generate insights for modeling, policy design, and business strategy
- Design and launch tests for credit line increase strategies, such as timing adjustments, reactive offers, and interactive customer experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve credit line increase program results, including through better income verification processes
- Coordinate with business, product, marketing, and other teams to align credit line strategies with overall business goals
