Responsibilities
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and improve retention across APAC regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia
- Design and refine paid media approaches in line with business objectives, including negotiating ad placements, evaluating emerging platforms, and initiating strategic collaborations to broaden market reach
- Supervise full-cycle campaign management, covering promotional planning, localization, operational coordination, customer journey design, and local messaging
- Lead and manage partnerships with regional creative, media, public relations, and influencer agencies to ensure culturally relevant and high-performing campaigns
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics against sales and marketing KPIs, using data insights to inform growth-focused actions
- Drive influencer marketing strategy by expanding and diversifying the network of content creators across the region
- Oversee the distribution and management of regional marketing budgets across channels to enhance return on investment and operational efficiency
- Plan and execute public relations activities, brand events, and experiential activations to strengthen market presence and engagement
- Work closely with central CRM teams to refine customer lifecycle communications, loyalty initiatives, and retention programs
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and on-brand localized content across all partner platforms, with continuous improvements to market positioning
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to shape commercial strategies and trade marketing timelines that support business growth
