Responsibilities
- Create and implement holistic marketing plans to increase brand recognition and drive customer acquisition and retention across APAC regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia
- Design and refine paid media strategies in line with business objectives, including media negotiations, exploration of emerging platforms, and formation of strategic alliances to broaden market reach
- Manage full-cycle campaign delivery, covering promotional planning, localization, operational coordination, customer journey design, and local market messaging
- Lead partnerships with regional creative, media, public relations, and influencer agencies to ensure culturally relevant and high-performing marketing efforts
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics against sales and marketing KPIs, converting data insights into targeted growth actions
- Drive influencer marketing strategy, building a broader and more diverse network of regional content creators
- Oversee allocation of regional marketing budgets across channels to enhance return on investment and operational efficiency
- Plan and manage public relations activities, brand events, and experiential activations to strengthen market presence
- Work closely with central CRM teams to refine customer lifecycle communications, loyalty offerings, and retention tactics
- Ensure high-quality, accurate localized content across all partner platforms, consistently reinforcing brand positioning
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to shape commercial strategies and coordinated trade marketing calendars that support business growth
