About the Role
You will lead the development and deployment of machine learning models, working closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate advanced algorithms into production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for large-scale applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify modeling opportunities
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency
- Translate research prototypes into robust production systems
- Monitor model performance and retrain as necessary
- Work with big data platforms to process and analyze training data
- Develop data pipelines for feature engineering and model training
- Ensure models meet ethical and compliance standards
- Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning frameworks and techniques
Nice to Have
- PhD in a relevant technical field
- Experience with recommendation systems or NLP applications
- Background in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
