About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for agent behavior and tool integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with product goals
- Optimize model performance and inference efficiency in production environments
- Develop APIs and interfaces that enable agent interoperability
- Monitor and troubleshoot model behavior in live systems
- Contribute to data pipeline architecture for training and evaluation
- Ensure models meet reliability and scalability requirements
- Work with product teams to define agent functionality requirements
- Refine agent decision-making logic based on user feedback
- Support deployment and A/B testing of new agent features
- Maintain documentation for models and integration workflows
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Identify opportunities to improve agent accuracy and responsiveness
- Integrate third-party tools and services into the agent ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Stay current with advancements in agent-based AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in machine learning
- Contribute to technical roadmaps for agent tooling
- Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed agent environments
- Improve model interpretability for debugging agent actions
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical discipline
