About the Role

This position leads the development of lifestyle strategies by interpreting cultural and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable plans that influence product, experience, and brand evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of long-term lifestyle and consumer behavior forecasts
  • Analyze shifts in cultural patterns and societal values
  • Translate research findings into strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align offerings with lifestyle trends
  • Develop narratives that connect brand identity with evolving lifestyles
  • Conduct ethnographic studies and qualitative field research
  • Identify emerging markets and demographic opportunities
  • Evaluate the impact of social, economic, and technological changes on consumer habits
  • Present strategic insights to cross-functional leadership
  • Guide content development based on psychographic segmentation
  • Monitor competitive landscape for lifestyle-driven innovations
  • Facilitate workshops to align teams around future scenarios
  • Build frameworks for measuring lifestyle engagement
  • Integrate sustainability and wellness trends into strategic planning
  • Partner with marketing to tailor messaging to lifestyle segments
  • Develop personas rooted in real-world behaviors and aspirations
  • Assess global lifestyle movements for local applicability
  • Advocate for human-centered design principles
  • Track adoption curves of new lifestyle practices
  • Support innovation pipelines with behavioral insights
  • Maintain a living database of lifestyle indicators
  • Bridge qualitative research with business strategy
  • Challenge assumptions about target audience motivations
  • Ensure brand relevance through cultural fluency
  • Drive strategic alignment across experience, product, and communication

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in social sciences or design research
