Our Business Spans Three Main Lines Mail: Mailing Solutions Digital: Intelligent Communication Automation Lockers: Parcel Locker Solutions Your Role Reporting to the Global Team Lead Operations General, you will be the primary legal support for CE&I, acting as a trusted advisor to the business. Key Responsibilities Manage disputes and litigation within the region. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across multiple business lines and models (License, SaaS, Leasing, One-time sales), including complex, high-value software license agreements, services agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, and NDAs. Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales and operational teams, as well as HR, Finance, and other departments. Deliver legal monitoring and internal training for commercial and operational teams. Implement and develop company policies and procedures at regional level, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Support regional M&A projects and participate in global initiatives, collaborating with legal teams across regions. Complete timely management reporting on deals, budgets, and litigation activities.
