Responsibilities
- Design and create learner-focused experiences to improve knowledge transfer, skill development, and operational readiness.
- Convert complex technical systems into engaging learning experiences for classroom, self-paced, simulation, and immersive training settings.
- Lead the production of instructional videos, motion graphics, animations, interactive content, and other multimedia learning materials.
- Expand the use of Skydio Paraverse in pilot and technician training while exploring new technologies such as AI-assisted content creation, augmented reality, virtual reality, simulation, and interactive visualization.
- Collaborate closely with instructors, engineers, simulation developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to develop effective technical training.
- Establish scalable production standards, templates, and workflows to improve quality and consistency across the Training organization.
- Help define the roadmap for future learning technologies at the company.
