Responsibilities
- Design and evolve robust, production-ready AI and machine learning systems, including advanced retrieval-augmented generation and agent-driven workflows.
- Lead the integration of large language models and AI capabilities into enterprise-grade platforms with focus on scalability, security, and operational reliability.
- Guide architectural strategy by evaluating trade-offs and producing detailed design documentation and architectural decision records for complex AI systems.
- Develop and standardize comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI systems, covering performance, safety, fairness, reliability, and quality assurance.
- Utilize agentic AI platforms and AI-powered development tools to accelerate development, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment of production features.
- Work closely with product, architecture, data, and platform teams to ensure AI solutions support key business objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code and design reviews, and lead engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Champion improvements in AI engineering practices, tools, and organizational standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor emerging trends in applied artificial intelligence and support innovation through strategic experimentation and research initiatives
